Terms of Service
Effective June 25, 2026
1. Acceptance
CodeCard is operated by Marion Bins LLC. By creating an account or using CodeCard you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.
2. The service
CodeCard lets sellers generate QR labels that resolve to live market pricing for cards and collectibles. Prices shown are market references aggregated from third-party sources.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and any staff you invite. You must be old enough to form a binding contract.
4. Subscriptions & billing
- New accounts get a 30-day free trial; after it ends, a paid plan is required to keep codes live.
- Plans are billed monthly or yearly via Stripe and renew automatically until canceled.
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime from the billing portal; changes are prorated by Stripe.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; canceling stops future renewals.
- If payment fails, your account may be paused (codes show “pricing paused”) until resolved.
5. Pricing is an estimate — not advice
Market prices are aggregated from third parties and may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. They are provided “as is” for reference and are not financial, investment, or appraisal advice and not a guarantee of any sale or resale value. The final price of any item is set and confirmed by the seller at the point of sale.
6. Condition & grading information
Condition and grading information shown on listings is provided by the seller and is not affiliated with or endorsed by PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, or any grading company.
7. Seller responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, for the items you sell, and for complying with all applicable laws and marketplace/venue rules. You agree not to list counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited items.
8. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service: no scraping or overloading our systems, no reverse-engineering, no infringing or unlawful content, and no attempts to bypass plan limits or access other accounts’ private data.
9. Intellectual property
CodeCard and its software are our property. Third-party names and marks (e.g., TCGplayer, PriceCharting, eBay, PSA) belong to their owners and are referenced for identification only; we’re not affiliated with them.
10. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in the State of South Carolina have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that is not otherwise resolved, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
13. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by a new effective date. Questions? Reach us through our support page. See also our Privacy Policy.
